QUESTIONS, ANSWERED
Before you call.
Should I repair my AC or replace it?
It depends on the age of the system, the cost of the repair, and how well the system meets your needs. If a repair costs close to half the price of replacement on an older system, replacement deserves a serious look. We will give you both numbers.
Why is there ice on my unit?
Ice usually means restricted airflow or low refrigerant — a dirty filter, a struggling blower, or a leak. Turn the system off to let it thaw and call us; running it frozen can damage the compressor.
How fast can you get here?
For a system that is not cooling at all, call (757) 630-2069. We prioritize no-cooling calls, especially in the heat.
