What we have done
Across this site we have worked to provide:
Keyboard navigation: every page, menu, form, and booking step can be reached and operated with a keyboard alone, in a logical tab order, with a visible focus indicator.
Skip link: a “skip to main content” link at the top of every page lets keyboard and screen-reader users jump past the header.
Text alternatives: images carry descriptive alt text, and decorative images are hidden from assistive technology.
Readable contrast: text and interactive elements are designed to meet AA contrast ratios against their backgrounds.
Clear structure: pages use proper headings, labels on every form field, and plain-language error messages so it is clear what went wrong and how to fix it.
No seizure or motion traps: nothing on the site flashes rapidly, and decorative motion respects reduced-motion preferences where supported.
Known limits
Some embedded third-party tools — such as the optional Daikin energy calculator, which only loads when you choose to open it — are built by their manufacturers and may not fully meet our standards.
