WHAT TO EXPECT
A visit with K&A.
- 01
We measure static pressure and check what the filter and ducts are doing to airflow.
- 02
We look for moisture sources — the usual root of mildew and mold.
- 03
We recommend fixes in order: airflow, filtration, moisture. Not gadgets.
QUESTIONS, ANSWERED
Before you call.
Do I need a UV light?
Probably not as the fix. UV only affects what it shines on, and it does nothing about the moisture behind most IAQ complaints. Our guide to static pressure and indoor air quality explains our full thinking.
What filter should I use?
A media filter sized to your system — deeper cabinets with real surface area, not a choked one-inch filter. We fit the filter to the system, not the other way around.
